Etimaad's management and ownership lies with a team of "managers cum entrepreneurs" who possess a very rich experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, fertilizer, cement and allied sectors. Etimaad is incorporated under the Companies Laws of Pakistan and has its home office in Lahore. Soon after its incorporation and realizing the need for professional contractors in the thriving oil and gas sector in Qatar, Etimaad established a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Etimaad Qatar LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Parent Company and has commenced business in Ras Laffan area relating to infrastructure, Oil & Gas and various other Projects.

Etimaad has established operations in Saudi Arabia named Arabian Etimaad Industrial Company in the Jubail Industrial City (as a Joint Venture with Khaled Juffali Company, KSA).

In the short time since our inception Etimaad has been able to win business at 7 power projects in Pakistan. The scope ranges from providing operations and management support to construction to turnkey (EPC) solution on fast track projects in Pakistan. Etimaad's indigenous capabilities also include providing water and waste water technology solutions to customers as a turnkey solution for a large plant for supply of clean water to a municipality in Pakistan. Besides we have won a EPC project for a cold rolling steel mill, and complete civil works for large projects in Pakistan.

Etimaad has the capability to serve all aspects from project development, engineering design, general construction, manufacturing and last but not the least plant maintenance.

Based upon the vast experience, the present management group of Etimaad has very intimate and firsthand knowledge of the logistic and maintenance management challenges. We at Etimaad fully understand the criticality of excellent planning, execution and monitoring of shutdowns and turnarounds.

Learning from over a quarter century of dealing with contracting business over a wide gamut of market needs, Etimaad today has very effective management tools and computer enabled business processes for addressing all types of project needs.

We secured compliance certifications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 within just a few months of Etimaad's formation. At the same time Etimaad continues to put great management focus on human resource development. In addition to continually train and educate management personnel on project planning, progress and cost monitoring, supply chain management and financial control software, Etimaad has established a technical training institute in Lahore for training of field work force to meet the ever increasing standards of safety, hygiene and environmental concerns in today's project development world.

During a short time we have established manufacturing facilities in Lahore, Certified to ASME U, S, A, PP, & R Stamps. Another is planned at Karachi and yet another shall be coming up soon in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With a own pool of equipment including cranes, plant maintenance, and civil construction equipment available for utilization at projects in Pakistan we believe Etimaad is well positioned to take up construction projects in oil and gas, chemical, petro-chemical, fertilizer and power sectors.
