A joint venture between Etimaad Engineering (Pvt.) Limited and Khaled Juffali Company as Arabian Etimaad Industrial Company (AEIC), has been established in Jubail to provide construction, maintenance and manufacturing services in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Fertilizers etc., sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This joint venture has the backing of a proven track record in the shape of Etimaad's management & experience and the financial strength of Khaled Juffali Company (KJC),. an investment company owned by Mr. Khaled Juffali who is also the Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of E. A. Juffali and Brothers.
The Board of Directors of Arabian Etimaad Industrial Company, is headed by Mr.Khaled Juffali. AEIC has representation from the top management of both the joint venture partners. The newly formed company has a mandate to offer top class, reliable and competitive services to the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer and cement industries in the Kingdom. Styrene Monomer Pipeline Project |
| First project has inked on September 2009 between Arabian chemical and AEIC for EPC of Styrene monomer pipeline project. This is almost 8 km pipeline laying project in RC Corridor for direct supply from Saudi Chevron Philips Company to Arabian Chemical Company.
